I don't own a domain name,
so I need to purchase a domain name with my email service.
How much do domain names cost? During
the order process, you will be able to register a new domain
with the following pricing options.
I already own my own domain name.
What should I do to use NetFronts' service? After ordering a plan with
NetFronts, go to where your domain is registered and
update your DNS
Name-Servers

If you need additional
help with DNS settings, please view information in our support

Can I accept email for 2
different domains? Yes, domain aliasing allows you to point
additional domain incoming email to the same
mailbox.
For example, someone could send
an email to john@myname.com or john@myname.org and both would
go in to the same mailbox. Domain email aliasing is helpful
for organizations with multiple domains that point to the
same
location.
My ISP blocks me from sending
outgoing mail unless I send through their servers. Is there
a way around this? This is becoming more of
a problem for web hosting customers and so we offer a solution.
NetFronts
allows you to send out through our servers on a
non-standard
port,
port
26.
You can change this setting
in Outlook Express under TOOLS > ACCOUNTS > PROPERTIES > ADVANCED
TAB.
Can I purchase additional storage space? Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase space
for 10 cents per megabyte.
